Level 3 chargers, also known as DC fast chargers, are the fastest charging option for electric vehicles (EVs). They are typically found at public charging stations and can charge an EV to 80% or more in as little as 20-30 minutes. Level 3 chargers use commercial-grade AC power to convert to DC power and distribute it directly to the vehicle's battery. They can deliver up to 350 kW of power and can add 100+ miles of range in 30 minutes.
